Using PageRain

You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use PageRain only where lawful. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give PageRain permission to store, process, adapt, and publish it only as needed to provide requested features. You must have the rights required to upload and publish it.

AI and social publishing

AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing content before using or publishing it. Third-party services, including X, PayPal, and login providers, have their own terms and may change or interrupt their services.

Credits and payments

Paid actions consume credits at the price shown when you perform the action. Purchases are processed by PayPal. Except where required by law, consumed credits are not refundable and unused credits have no cash value.

Acceptable use

Do not use PageRain to violate laws or third-party rights, distribute malware, harass others, manipulate the service, gain unauthorized access, or publish deceptive or abusive content.

Availability and termination

We may change or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create security or legal risk. You may stop using PageRain or delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer

PageRain is provided as available without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, PageRain is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or content published through your account.
